I take one pill in the morning on an empty stomach and after my meals to avoid right side pain. I have been using Dr. Berg’s Gallbladder Formula for 2 weeks now. Before using it, I was having gallbladder pain and attacks for a week straight every time I ate something. As soon as I began taking these capsules, I started feeling better. I haven’t had anymore pain. The only thing I experienced was some constipation, but I just made sure to drink lots of water throughout the day and that issue subsided. I rarely write reviews but I just had to because I hope it can help someone else. Lately I’d had terrible digestive issues. I know I have gallbladder issues so I’m not sure if that’s what was causing my digestion problems or not. But anyway, I would eat a meal and within 15 minutes I would hear that bad stomach rumble and I knew that it was going to be diarrhea that followed so I had to stay near a bathroom after eating.
